Millstone Cave Suites Hotel - Uchisar

Breakfast was a culinary delight with the best selection of Turkish scrambled eggs and bread. The terrace view over the valley during morning balloon rides was magical! Mustafa's really good service, and the room's unique design impressed us.

Fashionable and romantic rooms with a small balcony and an own terrace. Stunning location, 1 km from city centre.

Consider visiting Uchisar Castle at sunset, it's a short walk and offers fine views of the region.

Staying here was an absolute dream! The views of hot air balloons over the Pigeon Valley were fine, especially from our private terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed a breakfast spread that was nothing short of gourmet, with made-to-order eggs and delicious Turkish specialties.

The hotel was gorgeous, location was favourable on the valley, great breakfast. The room was budget and tastefully decorated, and with an one of the best view of the valleys down below. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was perfect.

The views from our suite were fine, but the breakfast lacked variety.

Excellent location, delicious food in the restaurant, super comfortable rooms. They even upgraded the room type when they found out it was my wife's birthday. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with everything.

The location is perfect! the staff did everything for us - we had a fire, rare tea, rare hookah tobacco... if you want a hookah at 1:00 a.m. they can arrange it

A torn sofa in the room. A crack in the bathroom. The suite is a little small in size. but in general we liked the hotel.

Amazing Views and Amazing Breakfast!

Staying in Uchisar offered a unique perspective of Cappadocia, especially from our suite with a terrace that provided fine views of the balloons at sunrise. The breakfast was a standout feature, especially the hearty spread that included delicious Turkish specialties. The staff were pretty good, even organizing a birthday cake for my daughter. My only note would be to ensure the room temperature is comfortable as the AC could be stronger.

The room was beautifully designed, providing an authentic cave experience with fine views. The hotel's location offered a peaceful retreat from the busyness of nearby tourist areas, though it took a while for the evening meals to arrive at the restaurant. Breakfast was good but marred slightly by the pesky wasps. Still, the staff was great.
